The subject belongs to the group of subjects interpreted special legal section. The objective is to collect and present for student, a future economists, integrated and essential minimum of knowledge about the part of labour-law problematic they will meet with in everyday life.

Subject syllabus:

1. Basic terms of labour law - term, sources and system - participants of labour-legal relations 2. Origin of employment - employment - measures of employment origin - labour contract 3.Change of employment - changes in the employment content - changes made by employer 4. Employment termination - measures of employment termination - collective redundacies - invalidity of employment termination and its consequences 5. Labour hours - term - labour hours period - overtime and night work, serveability 6. Rest period - term - working breaks, rest between shifts, week rest - holidays 7. Wage and salary - terms - function and forms of wage - rules for wage payment according to the law 8. Employee´s responsibility for the damage - prevention - legal regulations 9. Employer´s responsibility for the damage - terms - function and forms of wage - rules for wage payment according to the law 10. Work discipline. Safety and protection of health. Care for the employees. - term - working rules - safety and protection of health -employer´s and employee´s obligations at safety and protection of health 11.
