Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- identify and interpret basic legal institutions of commercial activities,
- list the basic laws of trade law,
- recognize trade bodies,
- explain the basic concepts of trade law,
- demonstrate the process of granting the trade license on a practical example,
- contrast the differences between the different types of trades
- categorize subjects trade law,
- distinguishing the process of business control,
- assess the legal trade law regulations,
- conclude the proceedings for a declaration of a trade concession.

Summary
The aim of this subject is to acquint the students with the basic law institutions, legal regulations and authorities in the field of trade law. This subject is focused on the basic theoretical knowledge in this area as well as on the situations the student can face in practice. Analysis of particular core legal institutions and terms is the content of the lectures. Seminars would involve concrete topics based on practise and finding the suitable solutions of those examples. After attending those lectures the student should be orientated in the basic legal regulations of trade law.
