Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students are supposed in the subject law of information science matter to: - describe regulatory enviroment, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation of informatics - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation to explain differences between them concerning regulation of informatics - applicate gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations in informatics.

Students will be acquired with the regulation of legal relations connected to information and communication technologies.
