Student will be able to: - describe legal order, to name particular legal fields and basic legal terms. - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation and to explain differences between them - identify particular legal fields, deduce the rights and obligations of legal relations participants and distinguish individual legal fields (private and public). - apply gained knowledge when studying further legal subjects.

Summary

Předmět slouží k získání základní orientace v právu se zaměřením na oblasti, které jsou pro ekonomické profese nejvíce relevantní. Student porozumí základním právním pojmům a institutům, naučí se vyznat se v právní terminologii, pochopit systém českého právního řádu a jeho jednotlivých odvětví. Bude umět rámcově určit, která regulace dopadá na které právní vztahy, se kterými se bude v profesní praxi nejčastěji setkávat. Dokáže pracovat s relevantními prameny práva a vyhledávat v právních informačních systémech.
