Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student will be able: - to describe legal order of the Czech Republic, to name particular legal fields - to identify particular legal fields and deduce the rights and oblagations of legal relations participants. To distinguish individual legal fields (private and public) - to analyze concrete legal problems in order to distinguish those and connect them with the right legal regulation - practically apply gained knowledge when studying further legal subjects

Summary

The subject serves to gain the basic orientation in the law focusing on such areas being relevant for economic professions. The student will understand the basic terms and institutions, learn to get through law terminology, understand the system of the Czech legal order and its particular fields. he will be able to determine, which regulation matches which legal relationships he will meet in his practice. He will be able to work with relevant law sources and search in legal information systems.
