Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

In the subject matter students are supposed to: - describe regulatory enviroment, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation, - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation and to explain differences between them - apply gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations

Summary

The subjects determines business law including businessman status and basic terms as well as business companies and trade register regulation, competitive law, economical competition and its protection, business obligatoy relations and procedural regulati of the disputes resulting from those relations and insolvency.
