Summary

The role of development projects in the implementation of EU policies and their financing by EU funds. Methodologies and standards and world approach to project management. International project management. Investment decision making and effectiveness and efficiency of projects. Project planning, earned value analysis and project risk management. Public procurement and project financing (PPP).

PŘEDNÁŠKY: 1. Projekty jako nástroje implementace strategií. 2. Metoda logického rámce. 3. Rámec projektového řízení a životní cyklus projektu. 4. Příprava projektu – inicializace. 5. Studie proveditelnosti a efektivnost projektů. 6. Plánování projektu. 7. Realizace projektů. 8. Světový přístup k projektovému řízení. 9. Informační systémy v projektovém řízení. 10.Výstavbové (investiční) projekty. 11.Obstarávání v projektovém řízení. Veřejné zakázky. 12.Projektové financování a projekty PPP. SEMINÁŘE: 1. Úvodní cvičení. Moodle. Týmy pro prezentace. Financování projektů ze SF – programy 2007-13. 2. Struktura projektové žádosti na financování ze SF. 3.
