Summary
The role of development projects in the implementation of EU policies and their financing by EU funds. Methodologies and standards and world approach to project management. International project management. Investment decision making and effectiveness and efficiency of projects. Project planning, earned value analysis and project risk management. Public procurement and project financing (PPP).
