1. To describe the fundamentals of Project Management.
2. To describe the phases of project management.
3. To characterize the application of project management in the development of municipalities and regions.
4. To explain the development and contents of key documents for project implementation.
5. To interpret the requirements for structure of projects financed by EU structural funds.
