Summary

The subject should complete the knowledge of the student in the field of project management and management of development projects supported and financed from EU sources mainly from structural funds. After the introduction to the theory of project management the issues used in EU project development are presented including Project cycle management, Logical Framework Method, Cost benefit Analysis, Feasibility Studies, etc. After passing the course

PŘEDNÁŠKY: 1. Projekty jako nástroje implementace strategií. 2. Světový přístup k projektovému řízení. 3. Rámec projektového řízení a životní cyklus projektu. 4. Příprava projektu – inicializace. 5. Studie proveditelnosti a efektivnost projektů. 6. Plánování projektu. 7. Realizace projektů. 8. Informační systémy v projektovém řízení. 9.Výstavbové (investiční) projekty. 10.Obstarávání v projektovém řízení. Veřejné zakázky. 11.Projektové financování a projekty PPP. SEMINÁŘE: 1. Úvodní cvičení. Financování projektů ze SF – programy 2007-13. 2. Struktura projektové žádosti na financování ze SF. 3. Konkrétní příklady regionálních rozvojových projektů - prezentace studentů. 4. Konkrétní příklady regionálních rozvojových projektů - prezentace studentů. 5. Časové a ekonomické hodnocení projektů. Síťová analýza. Výpočet CPM. Vybrané ukazatele hodnocení investic.) 6.
