Summary

The subject should complete the knowledge of the student in the field of project management and management of development projects supported and financed from EU sources mainly from structural funds. After the introduction to the theory of project management the issues used in EU project development are presented including Project cycle management, Logical Framework Method, Cost benefit Analysis, Feasibility Studies, etc. After passing the course

PŘEDNÁŠKY: 1. Projekty jako nástroje implementace strategií. 2.Projektový cyklus v EU a Metoda logického rámce. 3. Světový přístup k projektovému řízení. 4. Lidé a organizace v projektovém řízení. 5. Příprava projektu – inicializace, studie proveditelnosti. 6. Investiční rozhodování a efektivnost projektů . 7. Plánování projektu. 8. Analýza vytovřené hodnoty. 9. Analýza rizika. 10. Realizace, kontrola a uzavření projektu. 11. Investiční projekty. SEMINÁŘE: 1. Úvodní cvičení. Financování projektů ze SF – programy 2007-13. 2. Struktura projektové žádosti na financování ze SF. 3. Konkrétní příklady regionálních rozvojových projektů - prezentace studentů. 4. Konkrétní příklady regionálních rozvojových projektů - prezentace studentů. 5. Časové a ekonomické hodnocení projektů.
