1. To describe the fundamentals of Project Management. 2. To describe the phases of project management. 3. To characterize the application of project management in the development of firms and regions. 4. To explain the development and contents of key documents for project implementation. 5. To interpret the requirements for structure of projects financed by EU structural funds.

Summary

Projects and strategies in the devekopment of EU. Fundamentals of Project Management. Logical Framework Approach. The stages of project lifecycle. Initiation, Planning, Implementation and Conclusion of projects. Project Management in firms and in regional development. Key project management documents for project planning and implementation. The use of EU Structural funds for financing the projects.
