1. To describe the fundamentals of Project Management. 2. To describe the phases of project management. 3. To characterize the application of project management in the development of firms and regions. 4. To explain the development and contents of key documents for project implementation. 5. To interpret the requirements for structure of projects financed by EU structural funds.

Summary

The course is devoted to deepen knowledge of EU regional policy on the principles and methods of project management. The aim is to familiarize students with the application of project management in the development of regions, cities and municipalities, with the preparation and content of the basic documents for the implementation of projects. Students will learn about the requirements on the structure of projects financed from the EU Structural Funds, including the preparation process and the creation of project applications for projects co-financed by EU structural funds.
