Anotace

The subject should complete the knowledge of the student in the field of internal market. Main focus will be laid on the position of entrepreneurs on the internal market, founding and moving of companies as well as keeping the competition rules, intellectual property rights protection and consumer protection. Emphasis will be laid of legal aspects of enterprise on the single market, mainly international scope of the contract and applicable law. Mentioned will be also small and medium sized firms and their support. After passing the course students will be able to do business on the single European market.
