Summary

Cílem semináře je zmapovat českou terminologii teorie a praxe sociální komunikace a doložit ji vhodnými komunikáty. Na těchto komunikátech budou studenti analyzovat jazykové jevy, typické pro daný typ komunikace. Komunikaci budeme pojímat v tom nejširším smyslu: verbální - neverbální, přímou - nepřímou (zprostředkovanou), ústní - písemnou.

Subject syllabus:

1. Theory of communication, communication scheme, elements of interpersonal communication 2. Verbal communication (the art of listening, dialogue, implicit and explicit communication) 3. Nonverbal communication (expressions, visual communication, gestures, haptics, posturology, proxemics, kinesics, exterior communication and negotiation, para-linguistics) 4. Oral and written communication (communication and language skills, negotiations, techniques of managing the discussion, moderating) 5. Communication with the public, public appearances 6. Sound self-assertion, defense against manipulation: assertion 7. The essence and influence of mass communication; Effects of mass communication. 8. Creating of reality by using the language 9. Communication on the Internet 10. Communication between a man and a woman 11. Communication with small children 12. Communication in the region 13. Multilingual communication
