Cílem je poskytnout přehled o informačních institucích s knihovními fondy vhodnými pro studenty ekonomické žurnalistiky, seznámit studenty s primárními, sekundárními a terciárními informačními zdroji, procvičit vyhledávání a citace informačních zdrojů.

1. Memory institutions, the system of libraries in the Czech Republic, a legislative framework of public librarian and information services
2. Primary, secondary and tertiary information sources
3. Searching in the secondary and tertiary information sources
4. Economic institutions and their libraries
5. Publishing houses focused on economic literature, electronic bookstores
6. Quotation database and the Czech periodicals of economic character - bibliographic, fact- graphic and full text ones
7. Interpretation of ČSN ISO 690 standard; Bibliographic citation
