Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- to specify legal regulations of the public law regulating journalistic activity,
- to judge the application of the public law legal regulations influencing journalistic activity,
- to make a list of acts in administrative and criminal proceedings,
- to assess progress in criminal and administrative proceedings.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Studenti jsou povinni mimo řádné docházky na přednášky a cvičení rovněž vytvořit v průběhu semestru seminární práci na téma zadané lektorem. Dalším požadavkem na studenta pro získání zápočtu, jenž je nezbytným předpokladem pro vykonání zkoušky, je úspěšné absolvování zápočtového testu, který se bude skládat ze dvou částí: a) praktické (zahrnuje příklady z právní praxe), b) teoretické (formou testu).
