Summary

Posluchači budou seznámeni s platnou právní úpravou postavení a fungování hromadných sdělovacích prostředků ve společnosti. Pozornost bude zaměřena na právní rámec realizace práva svobody projevu, vyhledávání a šíření informací. Předmětem výuky bude i ochrana osobnosti, osobností práva garantovaná normami práva veřejného a soukromého. Absolvováním předmětu posluchač nabude vědomosti o právem daných pravidlech pro společenské vztahy v oblasti žurnalistiky a sdělovacích médií a získá potřebné informace, které bezprostředně souvisí s výkonem povolání žurnalisty.

Legal framework of freedom of speech, law and information 5. Publishing of periodicals 6. State administration in the field of TV and radio broadcasting 7. Pursuing of TV and radio broadcasting 8. Copyright Act and mass media 9. Legal protection of restricted facts (classified information) 10. Legal protection of personalities
