- to classify the structure of the Czech legislation,
- to specify legal regulations of the public law regulating journalistic activity,
- to summarize contents and the way of constitutional legal regulations interpretation,

Lectures
Summary
Posluchači budou seznámeni s platnou právní úpravou postavení a fungování hromadných sdělovacích prostředků ve společnosti. Pozornost bude zaměřena na právní rámec realizace práva svobody projevu, vyhledávání a šíření informací. Předmětem výuky bude i ochrana osobnosti, osobností práva garantovaná normami práva veřejného a soukromého.
Absolvováním předmětu posluchač nabude vědomosti o právem daných pravidlech pro společenské vztahy v oblasti žurnalistiky a sdělovacích médií a získá potřebné informace, které bezprostředně souvisí s výkonem povolání žurnalisty.
