Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Know methodology writing thesis and methodology to distinguish between bachelor's and master's thesis
2. Understand the technical contents and select the appropriate entity (enterprise, organization) to implement the theory in practice
3. Identify the main targets of the solutions given and summarized evidence to clear conclusions and recommendations
4. Rate knowing state practice, to appreciate the main factors change the status quo and knowledge, to propose adjustments to the current economic situation and the management company or organization
5.Grasp and understand the nature and given the task to identify the core elements and links between them, exploring the dynamics of behaviours, the effectiveness and risks
6.Familiar with the theory and practice solved task to deal with given the task by the stated objectives, to apply the theoretical knowledge into practical proposals and recommendations

Podle stanoveného zadání diplomové práce a na základě realizace přímého
kontaktu s podniky a firmami, v nichž studenti získají praktické poznatky pro
řešení daného tématu, studenti dokončí a odevzdají diplomovou práci.
