Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To know about new knowledge from strategic management and from investment´s development of company. 2. To understand the importance of the company strategy, as the basic of the business access is strategy which is different, unique and difficult to reproduce. 3. To appoint main factors of the business access of corporations resulting from the analysis of external and internal environment from the product portfolio analysis, and then to choose the appropriate company strategy. Analyze the evaluation of the project through by using financial analysis and risk analysis. 4. To assess the company strategy and investments projects by using solved case studies and case stories.

Teaching methods

Summary

The goal of this subject is developing the fundamental knowledge of business economics relating to strategic management and investment development of company. Students can use acquire skills from the sphere of business strategy in business practice in all areas of managerial work, or in management of the company. The subject is supported by means of e-learning course.

Enterprise strategies based on the BSC method. 8. Project preparation and implementation. 9. Projects evaluation. 10. Risks of the projects and investment program. 11. Company strategy in an international context. 12. Super competition and strategy of tomorrow. 13. Economic strength and corporate power.
