Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Understand the basic areas of business administration.
2. Understand the nature of business administrationand management.
3. Identify the main and sub-objectives of contemporary business administrationand management.
4. Understand the fundamentals of managerial skills in strategic and financial management of the enterprise.
5. Acquire the basic skills and competencies for fundamental activities in business administration.

Summary
It is a cross-sectional course that provides basic theoretical knowledge of business economics to students. Students will learn about the establishment, creation, functioning and demise of a company, get acquainted with business value-creation processes and with measuring the efficiency and performance of business activities.
