1) To teach the listeners procedures for the establishment and management of a consulting firm. 2) To teach how to choose a suitable area of consultancy. 3) The graduate will have skills in the marketing of a consulting firm. 4) The graduate will have skills in the field of selling consulting services. 5) The graduate will be proficient in the financial management of a consulting firm.

The course is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship through professional guidance for entrepreneurs, managers, and specialists in businesses. The course focuses on questions of establishment, management and economics of a consulting firm. The course is based on teamwork in a virtual consulting firm.
