Cílem předmětu je seznámení posluchačů s aktuálními přístupy pro management jakosti v organizaci. Studenti získají základní znalosti a dovednosti pro aplikaci systému jakosti podle mezinárodních standardů a pro neustálé zlepšování kvality.

Subject syllabus:

1. Základní pojmy (charakteristiky jakosti, pojetí jakosti). 2. Systémový přístup k řízení jakosti. ISO 9000:2000. ISO/TS 16949 a TQM. 3. Plánování jakosti, Off-line Quality Control (jakost návrhu ). 4. Metoda QFD. 5. Taguchiho metoda, DOE (Design of Experiments). 6. On-line Quality Control (jakost shody s návrhem). 7. SPC (Statistical Process Control). 8. Neustálé zlepšování, Six Sigma. 9. Lidský faktor a jakost, týmová práce, kroužky jakosti. 10. Ekonomické aspekty jakosti, náklady na jakost. 11. Řízení jakosti v servisních organizacích.
