Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To be aware of advanced knowledge about business administration and company management. 2.To understand the principles of business administration and company management. 3.To indentify main and partial goals of contemporary business administration and company management 4.To assess learned conditions of practice, to value main aspects of contemporary condition and knowledge change, to draft efficient recommendations in form of actual strategies for enterprise development to be presented in a term work. 5.To grasp and understand the concept of the problem that is solved (in the term paper) and brings it to rational presentation with actual recommendations. 6.To familiarize oneself with the theory and practice of business administration and company management, to apply theoretical knowledge into practical analytical conclusions and draft other trends in business development.

Summary

The subject comes from approaches, concepts and methods in the field of economics and enterprise management applied in current conditions of the entrepreneurial environment regarding its trans nationalization and virtualization. Theoretical resources of the presented specialized topics are confronted with practical experience about company activities.
