Summary

The course is aimed at getting to know quality management systems. Emphasis is placed especially on quality systems according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and Total Quality Management. These systems favor process management in the organization, and therefore process management is discussed from many perspectives, including Six Sigma. Six Sigma is supplemented here with advanced quality methods such as DOE, FMEA or poka-yoke.
