Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To know how through the interactive business simulation solve problems in the field of management. 2. To understand the game strategy in the simulations JA TITAN, VENSIM. 3. To appoint the appropriate level of prices, production, marketing, capital investment and research and development so as to achieve corporate balance. 4. To Assess the impact of decision by student companies management.

Summary

The subject is based on teamwork while each team represents management of virtual company. Students have to achieve balance of company through their decisions in simulations JA TITAN, VENSIM and to be better than competition in the field of profit, sales and market share. Students realize their decisions in five levels: price, production, marketing, capital investment and research and development. This subject is supported by means of e-learning course.

The strategy of a company in international environment. 10. Potential of a manager. 11. The most frequent mistakes of managers and the way how to omit them. 12. Identity and ethic of a manager. 13. Actual topic. 14. Colloquium.
