Goals: 1. Common introduction to quality management 2. Clarification of quality management systems principles in accordance with international standars 3. TQM principles clarification 4. To teach process thinking and management 5. Take control of simple quality tools for process maping and analysis. 6. Take control of simple quality tools for quality analysis and customer satisfaction evaluation 7.Quality costs

Summary

The module is introduction to the quality management topics. The understanding the quality, the customers and society requirements on quality and economic aspects of quality are explained. The factors that influence the quality are discussed. The leagal frame for the quality assurance and quality documentation is a significant part of the module. The introduction to the quality systems and also the training of the simple statistic tools for the quality measurement and analysis are included.
