2. Know the basic methods for evaluating customer satisfaction.
3. Know the principles and content of quality management systems.

Summary
The course provides introduction to quality management. It clarifies the concept of quality, customer and social requirements for quality, economic aspects of quality, factors affecting quality. It defines the objectives and approaches of quality management. It characterizes principles and content of quality management systems according to international ISO standards. It also focuses to master simple tools for process analyzing and customer satisfaction measurement.
