Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Know the basic theoretical and legislative knowledge.
2. Understand the nature, role and functions.
3. Identify the main targets.
4. Rate knowing state practice, to appreciate the main factors change the status
quo and the knowledge, to propose specific procedures.
5. Grasp and understand the nature of the owner of consulter, economic decision-
making, leadership and management in consltancy.
6. Familiar with the theory and practice consultar, to apply the theoretical
knowledge into practical proposals and recommendations fictitious consulting
company (the semester work)

Summary
The emphasis in this course is put on the support of entrepreneurship by means of professional consultancy for businessmen and managers. In tutorials students learn to be well versed in given problems through skilled discussion, written reports and seminar papers and learn to work with special literature as well i.e.: management consulting in perspective, the consulting process and potential, consulting in various areas of management, managing a consulting firm, developing management consultants and the consulting profession.
