Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To know basic information about the subject (an organization or a company) where the semestral project is worked up 2. To understand the main trends in branch, where the firm is active, and the student present the information about thecompany. 3. To appoint the main differences, where the company is excellent. 4. To assess the already known stage of the practical training experience, evaluate main factors of change of the present stage and knowledge 5. To handle and understand the basics of the problem solving (semestral task) and be able to present it rationally

Summary

Cílem předmětu je propojit teoretické a praktické poznatky, a to jak na straně přednášejících, tak i studentů tohoto předmětu vzhledem k faktu, že všichni studenti se pohybují v praxi. Dalším cílem předmětu je přenos nejlepší praxe nejenom ve standardním modelu pedagog student, ale využití modelu student student, kde pedagog vystupuje v roli supervizora. Přednášky pokrývají oblast moderních trendů v oblasti podnikání a podnikatelského prostředí zajišťované ve větší míře odborníky z praxe působící jako top manažeři špičkových podniků. Cvičení jsou zaměřená na přenos nejlepší praxe mezi studenty, kteří působí v podnicích světové třídy.
