Summary

The course provides introduction to quality management. It clarifies the concept of quality, customer and social requirements for quality, economic aspects of quality, factors affecting quality. It defines the objectives and approaches of quality management. It characterizes principles and content of quality management systems according to international ISO standards. It also focuses to master simple tools for process analyzing and customer satisfaction measurement.

Hlavní témata (osnova) přednášek: 1. Úvod do předmětu, základní termíny a definice, kvalita výrobků a služeb. 2. Kvalita z pohledu výrobce/prodejce a z pohledu zákazníka. 3. Základní principy managementu kvality. 4. Přehled mezinárodních systémových standardů. 5. Principy a obsah systému managementu kvality dle ISO 9001. 6. Plánování kvality. 7. Kvalita ve výrobě. 8. Kvalita ve službách. 9. Jednoduché nástroje pro mapování a analýzu procesů. 10. Metody a postupy pro hodnocení spokojenosti zákazníka. 11. Neustálé zlepšování a přehled pokročilých technik kvality. 12. Procesní řízení kvality. 13. Lean Six Sigma. 14. Ekonomické aspekty kvality.
