Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Knows the basic theoretical and legislative knowledge of the SME
2. Understand the nature, role and functions of SMEs
3. Identify the main targets SMEs
4. Rate knowing state practice, to appreciate the main factors change the status quo and the knowledge of SMEs, to propose specific procedures for the effective development of MSF
5. Grasp and understand the nature of the owner of MSF, economic decision-making, leadership and management in MSF
6. Familiar with the theory and practice MSF, to apply the theoretical knowledge into practical proposals and recommendations fictitious company (semester work)

Summary
The course builds on knowledge gained from a wide range of economic subjects and develops formal knowledge about the basic business skills in the theoretical and practical level. Lectures are focused to expand knowledge about entrepreneurship and business methodology.
The exercises are focused on understanding and developing individual skills. Teaching aims to manage core business approaches and methods in practice.
