1.To understand the systemic conception of company organization and management
2.To approach to actual problems in a creation way
3.To adapt the theoretical foundations to the specific conditions of the Czech republic
4.To know basic methods of solving structures and procedures and to apply them in the practice

Summary
The aim of the subject is to extend the knowledge of students of program Business Administration in the problems of organization and management big companies. The lectures are oriented to principles and methods of structure and process organization of company management system.Entering and processing semester project allows students to determine their knowledge to case studies.

Subject syllabus:
Understand the concept of system organization and management, access to current problems creatively, to adapt the general theoretical recommendations into specific conditions of Czech Republic and manage the basic methods and techniques described structures and processes and apply them in practice.Lectures focus on principles and procedures formation and process management system.
