Summary
The subject is focused on analysis, designing and management of processes and supply chains from point of views of quality, flexibility, resilience and effectiveness. It attends to concepts that strive to reach flows integration, coordination and synchronization, on measures for resilience and agility support and on methodoloty for measuring, diagnostics and improvement of supply chains performance. The parts of the subject are advanced methods for quality improvement in a wide sense, especially theory of constraints, value stream management and Six Sigma including supportive methods.
