Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course focuses on contemporary competitive business and potential business structures. The course is also included looking at the issue of systemic innovation, their place in business and entrepreneurship, innovation management, intellectual potential, change management (including the radical changes in business processes).
Course content builds on the findings presented in the Master's program in business development subjects A, B, Business Economics and Strategy, Innovation and Process Management, also relies on knowledge of subject matter disciplines in business economics and management, economics, business and other similar fields.
