Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The concept of the subject, in contrast with the master's program, differs in a greater emphasis on the theoretical background and theoretical principles of corporate ownership control, and contractual arrangements, in the extension of two basic models to sub-models - Japanese and Mediterranean and especially in the more detailed analysis of corporate governance in the Central and Eastern European countries, which have undergone transformation. The basic used method is a comparative analysis.
