Outputs: ability to identify and explain problems and potentials in logistic networsk, to comparedifferent approaches to their solving and to suggest the direction of logistic problems solving in real situation.

Summary

The subject is focused on the strategic questions of logistic networks development, on the concepts of logistic problems solving from point of view of integration, coordination and synchronization, on the new flexibility drivers and on the partnership in logistic networks.

Subject syllabus:

Present signs of dynamics in supply chains. New requirements, risks, opportunities and opende questions (including the factor of supply chain vulnerability). Supply chain risk management. Logistic performance measurement and diagnostics. Internal and external logistic integration development. Supply chain designing.
