Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The subject is taught in doctoral study level. The absolvent will obtain the ability to identify the problems with quality, to find the appropriate combination of methods for problem analysis and its solving, as well as the skills for application the methods and for results synthesis.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na postupy při zajišťování a zlepšování jakosti a na vhodné metody a techniky v této oblasti. Zahrnuje metody a techniky využívané při plánování jakosti, při měření a hodnocení jakosti, při analýze a diagnostice procesů a při zlepšování jakosti. Důraz je kladen na nepřetržitost procesu zlepšování a na aplikaci statistických metod.

Subject syllabus:

1.Quality planning, assurance and improvement. 2.Approaches to quality improvement - Kaizen, six Sigma, reengineering. 3.Team work in quality management. 4.Variability analysis and diagnostics. 5.Methods and techniques in quality measuring and assessment. 6.Selfassessment and benchmarking in quality management. 7.Methods used in quality plannig - QFD, FMEA, FTA, DOE, value analysis etc. 9.Seven traditiona and seven new tools in quality improvement. 10. Statistical sampling. 11.Software support of quality diagnostics and improvement.
