To select the topic from the public economics and administration for the solving of the Diploma thesis. To describe the fundamentals and approaches to the elaboration of the scientific works. To find the objective and methods of solving the theme. To describe theoretical resources of the solved issue. To characterize the content of the solved issue into the elaboration principles (synopsis). To recherche the scientific literature necessary for the theme.

Odpovídá obsahovému zaměření příslušného diplomového semináře, resp. zaměření diplomové práce.Základní povinnou literaturu stanovuje vedoucí práce - semináře.

1. Dokončení prací na podkladu pro zadání diplomové práce 2. Pod vedením vedoucího semináře (diplomové práce) student zpracovává diplomovou práci v souladu se Zásadami pro vypracování diplomové práce, platnými na Ekonomické fakultě VŠB-TU Ostrava v příslušném akademickém roce. Pozn. Odpovídá obsahovému zaměření příslušného diplomového semináře, resp. zaměření diplomové práce.Věcný obsah diplomového semináře (včetně zařazení studentů a vedení semináře) zpravidla navazuje na speciální seminář.
