Teaching methods

Summary

The course should enable students to understand the actual questions of european systems of public administration and some other characteristics of the public administration not only in EU countries but also new countries EU. A special attention is paid to the progress of the selected systems, principals, problems, reforms, politic systems and local authorities in the selected countries. The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of the systems of public administration in Europe and its basic principals, progress, commons and differences.
