Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Knowledge – you will know: 1. to judge the administrative value of the property, 2. to do the evaluation of property quickly, 3. to use methods of appraising. Skills – you will be able: 1. to correctly apply ways and methods of the administrative evaluation of property, 2. to discriminate the meaning of particular methods of appraising and their gains for the administrative evaluation, 3. to comprehend the expert evidence for the findings of the property administrative value. Habits – you will gain: 1. theoretical and practical skills with the evaluation of property, 2. awareness of the area of appraising, 3. information about legal regulations in the field of the property and appraising.

Summary

The subject introduses the students basic aspects of administrative property estimation in Czech Republic. The subject continues and creates the problematics which was included to the subjet Property Estimatin A.
