To select the topic from the public economics and administration for the elaboration in the form of seminar work.
To describe the fundamentals and approaches to the elaboration of the scientific works.
To find the objective and methods of solving the theme.
To describe theoretical resources of the solved issue.
To characterize the content of the solved issue into the elaboration principles (synopsis).
To recherche the scientific literature necessary for the theme.
To elaborate the seminar work.

Summary
The contens of the seminary depends on the aim of seminary – it is
published before start of the semester.
Compulsory literature:
Principles of diploma thesis elaboration
Literature according to specialization of seminar and specialization of upcoming diploma thesis
Recommended literature:
According to the relevant issues of specific seminars.
Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Subject syllabus:
1. Konzultace se studenty k odborným tématům na základě jejich studia
literatury doporučené v semináři.
2. Prohlubování dovedností v oblasti metodiky odborné (výzkumné) práce zejména
z hledisek
- vymezení problému, stanovení cíle a obsahové struktury práce,
- formulace pracovních hypotéz,
- volby metod k ověření hypotéz,
- práce s odbornou literaturou, včetně osvojení pravidel bibliografické citace.
3. Stanovení obsahového zaměření diplomové práce, cíle práce.
4. Formulace hypotézy a vymezení metod vhodných k jejímu ověření.
5. Vymezení základní literatury odpovídající obsahovému zaměření práce.
6. Řešení konkrétního úkolu dle pokynů vedoucího semináře.
Pozn.:
Konkrétní věcný obsah speciálního semináře se odvíjí od zaměření semináře.
Zaměření semináře (včetně vedoucích jednotlivých seminářů a způsobů
přihlašování do semináře) je upraveno vyhláškou garanta oboru Veřejná
ekonomika
a správa pro každý akademický rok, vždy před zahájením semestru.
