You know the breakdown in terms of European public administration.
You will get more detailed information about the personal and the public administration system of public control.
You will learn about the causes of corruption in public administration in the Czech Republic and the European Union, measuring corruption and its solution
You know public management in the provision of public services in the Czech Republic and the European Union
You know the nature of public services and the ongoing reforms in the public administration

Summary
The course builds on the knowledge gained in the course of the Bachelor's program in Public Administration. It extends the information already gathered a deeper pays attention to the issue of control in public administration, ethics, corruption, civil service reform and changes in public management in the provision of public services. Attention is focused on public administration in the EU countries, including the local government system, their structure, and financing activities.
