Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
• analyse objectives, functions, economic and social effects of social security,
including approaches to efficiency measurements
• compare approaches to construction of social security programmes in
advanced countries and identify the reasons of differences
• assess approaches to construction of programmes and discuss advantages
and disadvantages of chosen financial instruments
• analyse the social security system in the Czech Republic
• recommend measures to change administration and social security financing
in the Czech Republic
