Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

You will know how: • to identify the subjects participating on operation and development of the technical infrastructure and facility management, • to characterize the theoretical and practical aspects of the technical infrastructure and facility management, • to describe the models of the technical infrastructure management and facility management, their fundamentals and general principles of management. You will be able: • to evaluate the role of public administration in the technical infrastructure management and facility management, • to clarify the possibilities of regulation of natural monopoly on the field of technical infrastructure, • to apply the obtained knowledge to the case studies of companies and organizations operating technical infrastructure and facility management. You will gain: • the information on the financing, costs and material-technical provision of the technical infrastructure and facility management, • the basic information on administration and organizations providing the operation and development of the infrastructure equipment and facility management, • the view of the conception of technical infrastructure development as a part of territory development.

Summary

Subject deals mainly with the theoretical and practical aspects of technical Infrastructure and facility management. It explains specifics of price creation, management and financing. In the course there are also descript instruments and current state policy in that field.
