Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
You will know how:
• to identify the subjects participating on operation and development of the technical infrastructure and facility management,
• to characterize the theoretical and practical aspects of the technical infrastructure and facility management,
• to describe the models of the technical infrastructure management and facility management, their fundamentals and general principles of management.
You will be able:
• to evaluate the role of public administration in the technical infrastructure management and facility management,
• to clarify the possibilities of regulation of natural monopoly on the field of technical infrastructure,
• to apply the obtained knowledge to the case studies of companies and organizations operating technical infrastructure and facility management.
You will gain:
• the information on the financing, costs and material-technical provision of the technical infrastructure and facility management,
• the basic information on administration and organizations providing the operation and development of the infrastructure equipment and facility management,
• the view of the conception of technical infrastructure development as a part of territory development.
