1. to judge the market value of the property,
2. to do the evaluation of property quickly,
3. to use methods of appraising.
Skills – you will be able:
1. to correctly apply ways and methods of the evaluation of property,
2. to discriminate the meaning of particular methods of appraising and their gains for the evaluation,
3. to comprehend the expert evidence for the findings of the property market value.
Habits – you will gain:
1. theoretical and practical skills with the evaluation of property,
2. awareness of the area of appraising,
3. information about legal regulations in the field of the property and appraising.
