Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

You will be able to: define the segments of housing as well as character of goods, compare historical progress of social theories in conection to housing, describe principal of urbanistic theories. You will be able to clasify the fundament of rents, its progress and regulation as well as analysing of state and municipal housing policy. You will get the description of fundaments of management of housing market, knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects of housing.

Summary

The course is devoted to the theoretical adn practical aspects of housing. Within the frame of the course there will be the kinds and specisifics of housing characterized. There will be the present and past housing policy characterized as well.
