Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to provide students with an overview of electronic public administration services in the Czech Republic. - students get acquainted with the current electronic services of public administration that are available to citizens - acquire skills in working with individual web applications of public administration - get acquainted with the functionalities of the tax portal of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, the CSSA portal, the Citizen's Portal and the Real Estate Cadastre

Summary

The course is aimed at acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of electronic services of public administration, which are available to citizens through web and mobile applications. At the central level of public administration, attention will be paid primarily to digital applications of the ČÚZK real estate cadastre, web applications of the tax administration of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, the CSSA portal and services on the Citizen's Portal. At the local level, these will be web and mobile applications used by municipalities and municipalities with extended powers in the field of eGovernment services and citizens' eParticipation.
