Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to introduce students to the fundamental principals of market property valuation. The basic legal framework of property ownership there will be presented. The students will make familiar with the meaning and function of real estates markets. The specifics of particular valuation methodes on the valuation of buildings, building and rural lands will be developed. Within of the subject there will be demonstrated the particular valuation samples.
