Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

To characterize the budgets of the municipalities and regions. To characterize the budget revenues and expenditures of the municipalities and regions. To characterize the Public Sector. To explain the main steps of the budgetary process. To describe the selected partial aspects of the financial management of the municipalities and regions. To apply the obtained knowledge to the town building development.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku hospodaření měst (obcí) a krajů a fungování veřejného sektoru. Postihuje základní pravidla hospodaření ve veřejných rozpočtech, jejich zdroje a výdaje. Blíže je pak zaměřen na problematiku hospodaření samosprávných krajů a obcí. Seznamuje s rozpočtovým procesem, rozpočtovými pravidly, specifikuje zdroje těchto rozpočtů a možnosti jejich ovlivňování. V oblasti výdajů je předmět zaměřen na způsoby financování běžných i kapitálových výdajů a organizační formy zajišťování veřejných služeb.
